Built Around Project Procurement

One supplier for the electrical package, from the substation to the socket

Every construction project depends on hundreds of electrical items arriving on time and to specification. When one of them is wrong, late or missing its documents, the cost shows up on site, in the programme and in the client’s confidence. ATHER brings the electrical package together from manufacturers we know, checks every line against the specification before we quote, and stays in contact until the material is installed.

We supply circuit protection, transformers, control panels and enclosures, power cables, wiring accessories and data cabling from established international and Egyptian manufacturers. We read the specification before we price, we confirm the model before we promise it, and we keep the people running the project informed from enquiry to delivery.

01 Circuit Protection and Distribution Boards

Every final circuit in a building ends at a breaker

Every final circuit in a building ends at a breaker. Choosing the right one is a question of rated current, tripping curve and breaking capacity against the fault level at that board, and of matching the brand the consultant has approved. We supply modular breakers from international and Egyptian manufacturers so the same package can serve a hospital tower and a residential compound.

01 Circuit Protection and Distribution Boards

What We Check For You

  • Breaking capacity checked against the prospective fault current at each board
  • Curves matched to the load: B for lighting, C for general circuits, D for high inrush
  • Distribution boards sized with spare ways for future circuits

02 Transformers

The longest lead item on an electrical package

Transformers are usually the longest lead item on an electrical package and the one that most affects the critical path. We help contractors fix the technical parameters early, from rating and voltage ratio to cooling and installation type, and we bring the manufacturer’s documents into the submittal before the order is placed. The range runs from small control transformers inside panels to oil-immersed and cast resin distribution transformers.
